Yes. There are many Walmart locations in America and other countries that sell cigars. It is the same for cigars as cigarettes.
Walmart’s selection of cigars is very similar to that found at small shops, gas stations, and bodega. These cigars were not humidor-stored Cubans.

Walmart also sells some other types of tobacco products. You can buy chewing tobacco and snus. They also sell pipe tobacco, cigarette rolling tobacco, and rolling papers.

Juul pods were once sold at Walmart. This ended on September 20, 2019. Walmart said that they were ending the sale of e-cigarettes from their US locations on September 20th 2019.
This happened in the midst of ongoing negative news coverage of vaping, a series of highly publicized vaping-related deaths, and several state and local laws to restrict the sale of vaping products.

Walmart offers nicotine gum and lozenges, which can be used to quit smoking. These products are non-prescription, although they have the same photo ID and age requirements for sale.
Walmart stock their smoke-cessation products in different sizes to suit local needs. Walmart also sells alcohol at many of its stores.
Are You Ready to Buy Tobacco from Walmart?
In the United States, government-issued identification is required to purchase tobacco products at any Walmart store. The following forms of identification are acceptable: a driver’s license, passport or sheriff’s ID.
Also, it should be a photo ID. It must also be government-issued. Student IDs from a university, for instance, are not accepted.
All tobacco consumers must also be legal-age in their state. The laws vary from one state or the other. This is usually 18 in most states.
Some states however, require smokers to be aged at least 19. Other states raised the minimum age to 21 in 2019. Walmart insists that their cashiers see a photo ID of tobacco customers under 40 in order to verify compliance.
