Click-N to Ship allows US Postal Service customers to make and print labels online. It is compatible with a number of popular mailing services like Priority Express and Priority Express. Click-NShip does not cost anything, but customers must pay postage fees.
How does USPS Click N Ship work?
This is how USPS Click – N-Ship service works.
There are some things you should consider before creating labels.
First of all, have you got a scale in case you need one? To print exact postage, you will need to measure the weight of your parcel.
You can also use one of USPS Flat Rate envelopes or boxes if your scale is not available.
It’s great to know that Flat Rate envelopes are available at absolutely no charge in Post Office locations. You also have the option of ordering them online.
USPS will mail them direct to your address if ordered online. You might have to wait a while so stop by the Post Office.
Prior to creating your label, you should understand what services are available for purchase online.
Click-N–Ship labels are not available for First Class, First Class Package and First Class International. ), Package Services, and USPS Retail Ground.

Then, you can choose your shipping day – it may take up to three business days.
Next, choose whether flat rate shipping is desired. You will need to enter your shipping weight in pounds and/or ounces if you don’t choose flat rate.
Final, you’ll choose between Priority Express Mail and Priority Express. (The latter is slower than Priority, but Priority Express ships only boxes.
Next, you can set your preferences like the type of envelope (Flat rate and non), settings for printer, personal reference number or a unique return address.
The website will next take you through all your shipping information and address books before leading you to the Shipping Cart where you’ll pay and check out.
You can choose to have your labels printed by your Post Office using the USPS label broker program.
It is free to use the Label Broker service. Just bring your wrapped parcel along with your confirmation email and the Post Office can print and affix the labels for you.
If you’re able to print on your own printer, regular paper can be used for printing. Or you could buy special label papers at USPS.com and Amazon.
If you use regular paper, in my experience, it’s best to cover as much as possible with packing tape, that way important information is protected from rain or scuffs.

What is USPS click-N-Ship more costly or less expensive?
USPS’s Click-N-Ship service is actually slightly cheaper than going into the Post Office for the same services.
Click-N’Ship can save you a few pennies per order on Priority Express and Priority shipping.
For most people, that savings isn’t going to amount to much, but if you ship a lot regularly, that savings could add up.

What Labels are required for USPS Klick-N-Ship
For USPS Click-N–Ship, you don’t require any labels; all you need is printer paper and packing tape.
But, self-adhesive Click N Ship labels can be purchased from USPS.com at $9/pack of 25, or $17/pack of 50.

What is the best way to cancel USPS Click-N Ship?
After the ship-by dates and times have passed, if you are unable to use your USPS Click-N Ship label printed by you, the USPS automatically cancels it.
It is easy to cancel orders before they ship. You just need to wait for their ship-by date.
After 30 days, you will be eligible for a reimbursement.
For this to happen, access your Shipping History. Then select the transaction you wish to request a refunded.
