Costco is undoubtedly an important hub for your shopping needs. Costco members have the ability to select from various membership tiers which best fit your needs.
What about their Executive Memberships? Do customers get different shopping hours? What I found was more about Executive memberships.
Costco has no exclusive time for Executive Members to shop in Costco before the general public since 2022. This used to be a perk for members of that tier, but the practice seems to have been discontinued slowly from many stores since 2015.
What does Costco’s Executive membership mean?
The Executive Membership is the highest tier of Costco’s membership options.
Upgrades to this level are available for $60 more than the annual fee. Executive memberships cost $120.
Costco offers Executive Membership benefits.
Upgrade to Executive Membership and get some perks not available to other members.
Although the added hour is not longer possible, members who sign up for this program receive:
Further Savings on Services–Executive Members get additional savings on automobile servicing, insurance, property and mortgage programs as well roadside assistance.

You get 2% cash back on the majority of your purchases. There are some exceptions like alcohol or tobacco. The $60 additional perk will not cover your purchase of this tier. You must spend at least $3,000 annually, which is quite common for household groceries and supplies.

Costco used be able to grant Executive Members access one hour earlier than any other member, however this no longer holds true.
Costco offers business member hours
Costco Business Center locations are open earlier that Costco warehouses. Open Monday to Friday 7 am.m. to 6 pm. Saturday 7 am.m. to 4 pm.
