The claim code is located on the card’s back and can be used to redeem Amazon gift coupons. The claim code is 14 digits and is located at the top of the back of the card with two arrows pointing up next to an image of a camera and a gift box.
How does an Amazon gift card claim code look?
If customers are unsure where to find their claim code, they can locate it on the back of their gift card. Claim codes are 14 digits and are usually a mixture of letters and numbers.
A camera symbol is often located on the left and a giftbox symbol on right sides of claim codes.
However, customers who have received a digital gift card will find the claim code in the email sent to their inbox.

But, Whole Foods customers are not allowed to use their gift certificates, but they could still use the card to order Amazon Now Grocery Delivery.
How can an Amazon Gift card be used to make a split purchase?
If customers would like to split a purchase on Amazon.com with different forms of payment, they can do so by paying for half of their order on a debit/ credit card and paying the other half on an Amazon gift card.
To split the payments, customers can add items to cart and, when checking out, click “add payment Options” to transfer their gift cards to the purchase.
